Please allow us to introduce you to Densu Coir

Densu-Coir is custom manufactured specifically for use by professional growers in the horticultural industry and is not obtained as by-product of the fibre industry.

It has taken us over 10 years working closely with a large US manufacturer of potting mixes, green house growing media and lawn and garden care products to develop and perfect our base coir product Densu-Coir with these unique properties for the horticultural industry.

  • absorbs and retains more moisture
  • rewets faster
  • has better physical and chemical properties- which can be custom manufactured to grower specifications
  • grows plants and transplants better

Our unique manufacturing process allows us to custom make our products to suit the specific requirements of our customers. Our manufacturing process makes our products more granular in structure so they are able to absorb and re-wet with water faster than traditionally available coir products. Our products have inherently lower EC levels than those of the competition.

To make our products even more user friendly to our customers we ship our coir products in a ready to use format that requires NO SOAKING or GRINDING. That saves our customers time and money as well.

Densu Coir is 100% Organic with absolutely no additives

Talk is cheap so why not put Densu Coir to the test and let your plant's performance help you decide if our product is simply the best Coir .

For us, the easiest test would be to compare Densu Coir to other coir products available in the market place but we think that would be unfair to the competition because we would win hands down.

So instead, let's compare our performance to the Peat Moss which has been the standard bearer of growing media . That would be a challenge but let's go one better. Why not compete against the industry's gold standard – Peat Mix- 60% Sphagnum peat plus 25%Vermiculite and 15% Perlite.

Usually when you read of research that compares coir performance to sphagnum peat moss you would see conclusions that are typical of the findings of the study cited below:
